Arrowhead House Inc owns and manages a number of two bedroom apartments in safe residential neighborhoods within the city. These apartments are reserved for individuals that have had successful placements in one of our Residential Group Homes or Adult Foster Care Homes and are now transitioning to the community. Our ownership allows us to help these individuals beyond the walls of our facilities and support their move to a more independent lifestyle.

The relationship and history we have with residents and their connection to one of our programs, provides the additional support that is sometimes necessary to make a successful transition to the community and total independence. During this time we continue to operate as a safety net for these individuals and help "take any bumps out of the road" that impede their progress and eventual success.
